Any way to disable gif images in signatures?

Or limit the file size in signature images?

I can't seem to find the setting just for signatures.

In the ACP, in Members>Groups find the group and click edit. Group Settings tab, scroll down to signatures.

Sorry I meant size as in mb not dimensions
