Most of the requests go like this Quote I am having trouble resetting my password. I've clicked on the forgot password button gotten the email. Typed in a new password then a response saying I can't reset my password Maybe its user error? I am not seeing anything in the error logs. It is becoming a problem and I am concerned about the members that I may have lost who didn't contact me. I have started a thread here about it which has more details.
