JEFF MACK Posted March 30, 2016 Posted March 30, 2016 I get a handful of contact form requests asking for help resetting their password.. Most of the requests go like this Quote I am having trouble resetting my password. I've clicked on the forgot password button gotten the email. Typed in a new password then a response saying I can't reset my password Maybe its user error? I am not seeing anything in the error logs. Anyone else seeing issues with this feature from time to time?
Cyboman Posted April 4, 2016 Posted April 4, 2016 1 case has been reported. Member says, he gets to the option to change it, but the new password isn't saved. I didn't test it so far...
Stormlilly Posted April 11, 2016 Posted April 11, 2016 I have had this issue with several users now. It is becoming a problem and I am concerned about the members that I may have lost who didn't contact me. I have started a thread here about it which has more details.
