Articles Block that pulls like category image feature

I'd like to see a default block for articles that pulls like "Category 2 column image feature" Shows the article image and title only

I would like to add if you had reviews (not necessarily ratings but reviews) enabled it show the stars too, maybe after the title.

This block would be great for things like product reviews. It shows the product in the pic, has the title, and overall rating (from the review).

Actually in the top left or right overlaid over the image would save space and look great!

We need this but I wouldn't count on them doing it.
