Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
jucs Posted February 10, 2016 Posted February 10, 2016 How do you get the member stats on the right and the users online, etc. on the bottom. Mine have disappeared with the upgrade!
Mark H Posted February 10, 2016 Posted February 10, 2016 Login to the front end, and on the left side of the page should be an icon that looks like a > Click that and the Block Manager will slide out. Choose the block you want to display and drag/drop it where you want it to appear.
jucs Posted February 10, 2016 Author Posted February 10, 2016 No clue what a front end is. Admin control? I login to admin and see a bunch of stuff on the left like System, Commerce, Stats, etc. No idea what you are talking about unfortunately.
Elena-Viorica Posted February 10, 2016 Posted February 10, 2016 Not in the ACP. It's on you forums' homepage, at the left side. You will see a small arrow at the left side, pointing towards the right side. Click on that arrow and a panel will pop out from the left side. From that panel, you select the blocks that you want to display in the sidebar and drag them with your mouse to their respective positions in the sidebar.

jucs Posted February 10, 2016 Author Posted February 10, 2016 Some blocks say they are not configured yet and cannot show. Like the poll block.
Boomer12 Posted February 10, 2016 Posted February 10, 2016 You'll need to have at least one thread with an poll inside and then edit the popl block and type in the title of the thread to link the poll.
ssaudio Posted February 23, 2016 Posted February 23, 2016 I have the same problem, not seeing the arrow on the front end left or right side, i've tried in 3 different browsers incase that was the issue, no luck...
Mark H Posted February 23, 2016 Posted February 23, 2016 Make sure that your User or your Group (Admins?) is listed as a Moderator in ACP -> Staff -> Moderators. The permission to manage blocks is within the settings for Moderators, so edit your Group there and enable the permission and the icon should show up. If it does not, please file a ticket to support.
