If you run the Support Tool (ACP -> System -> Support -> Something isn't working correctly). It will do a test to see if your instance is able to reach out to external items (such as our servers). If it fails, please contact your hosting provider to check your server settings.

I have run the support tool with no errors and nothing has changed from a hosting prospective.

This happened Immediately after upgrade, everything was fine before that.

It seems a small problem to log a ticket for, but I suppose it needs checking out.
