"There was a problem fetching the latest IPS News" I know that it's not a major problem, but is there a issue somewhere that could lead to further problems? Jim M Posted January 11, 2016 Share Posted January 11, 2016 If you run the Support Tool (ACP -> System -> Support -> Something isn't working correctly). It will do a test to see if your instance is able to reach out to external items (such as our servers). If it fails, please contact your hosting provider to check your server settings. GaryJames Posted January 11, 2016 Author Share Posted January 11, 2016 I have run the support tool with no errors and nothing has changed from a hosting prospective. This happened Immediately after upgrade, everything was fine before that. It seems a small problem to log a ticket for, but I suppose it needs checking out. Ticket logged. I suspect this might be a simple case of there is no news to present there (maybe it's over a certain time period) - the language key presented is shown when there is no news to report (ie the array containing the list of news isn't present) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
