Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
Wei Ting Lee Posted November 23, 2015 Posted November 23, 2015 Hi I've just tried to upgrade to 4.1.4 but the upgrade failed. Now my forum posts return this error: Something went wrong, error code: EX1146
Louis C Posted November 23, 2015 Posted November 23, 2015 So upgrading the old way fixes the forums but my editor is still broken. Any ideas?

Louis C Posted November 23, 2015 Posted November 23, 2015 Just now, Marc S said: What issue is it that you are experiencing with the editor? Editor doesn't load anywhere. I first noticed it in AdminCP when turning my community offline (prior to manually upgrading - I always put up a maintenance message) and then when turning it back on again.

This would usually be files that are missing, so I would first of all try reuploading all the files again. Once you have done that, run the support tool by visiting System>Support>Support and clicking "Something isnt working correctly". Follow that wizard through. If you are still having the same problem after this, please submit a ticket and we can take a look at this for you.
Louis C Posted November 23, 2015 Posted November 23, 2015 Awkward... I was going through that Support thing and following the steps and it gets to the point about submitting a ticket AND THE EDITOR DOESN'T LOAD LOL 933837 submitted now Nevermind, it was a browser cache issue.
nylyon Posted November 23, 2015 Posted November 23, 2015 After upgrading to 4.1 this weekend, many members ran into this very issue, enough that I had to put an announcement on how to fix it, and there are a few which are still unable to do so.
stelee Posted November 23, 2015 Posted November 23, 2015 And I'm trying to upgrade to 4.1.4 within my hosted community and getting this error : Quote Your download link has expired or is invalid. Please try again.
