If you go to the ACP and search for 'spam' then click the Spam Service Logs, are any of the new registrations (their IP or otherwise) listed here ? Mark H Posted November 18, 2015 Share Posted November 18, 2015 That error is from the Spam Service. Check your Spam Service Settings in the admin panel. You may have them set such that it is flagging legitimate member registrations. If that doesn't resolve the issue, please file a ticket to support and we'll be glad to take a look.
