Random people keep getting this error on my forums and I am unsure why. I've cleared all IP bans to rule that issue out leaving me unsure what else it could be.

Are you using any third party spam addons ?

If you go to the ACP and search for 'spam' then click the Spam Service Logs, are any of the new registrations (their IP or otherwise) listed here ?

I do not have any 3rd party anti spam addons. I didn't think it would be the anti spam as I don't have the settings very strict, it seems it was though. Thanks.

That error is from the Spam Service.

Check your Spam Service Settings in the admin panel. You may have them set such that it is flagging legitimate member registrations.

If that doesn't resolve the issue, please file a ticket to support and we'll be glad to take a look.
