Upgraded to 4.1 - need help please!

Upgraded to 4.1 today and my site is now painfully slow and I'm seeing tons of errors in the log.

If a staff member is reading this could you PLEASE reply to ticket 932339?

My error log is attached if anyone wants to see :/
