Olumide Okusanya Posted October 27, 2015 Share Posted October 27, 2015 Hi, I just purchased the IPS forums and during install (step 2), i entered the licence key from client area, but when I hit submit (after ticking agreement), it process but immediately shows the same page (not proceeding to step 3). TheSonic Posted October 27, 2015 Share Posted October 27, 2015 Maybe a silly advice, but happens often: If you Cut and Paste, check for spaces before and after the key. Do you block traffic using a Firewall? Your Server has to communicate with IPS-License-Server (If you use a local copy for local testing, add -TESTINSTALL after your licensekey - you may use it on localhost) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Actually it was due to some code in my root .htaccess file which was preventing to communicate with IPS server. The issue is now resolved as @bfarber was very helpful to assist me via support ticket.
