Editing topic with click and hold?

A few releases back, moderators were able to edit a topic title by click and hold in the topic view.  Has that been removed, doesn't seem to work with 4.0.10

Works here in chrome, but doesn't work in safari. I'm on 4.0.10.2

Works for me in Chrome also.

Doesn't work in Chrome, Safari or on Firefox on my windows laptop, and it did... 4.0.10.2 here as well

Works with Safari 8.0.7 for me using 4.0.10.2
