Saurabh... Please, please, pretty please test the upgrade on a test site(ideally a clone of your live site). Regardless of what anyone else says, as you would be upgrading(again) from 3.x, it would be wise to be sure nothing that has changed functionality-wise affects you critically before doing anything to your live site.
