The special Image Field in Pages can only be turned on an off. But unlike the other fields I can neither rename it, add a description or move it at a certain position. 

I have a problem with all 3 points, since I cannot explain my users what this field is about and how to use it properly in a certain database setup. 

You are talking about "Record Image" from database? Right?
