Posted April 24, 201510 yr I have set up PP, Live. I can't see how I might have done anything wrong in there, seems pretty simple.But when it comes to buying something I get this error codeError code: 4X196/3Not sure if that is PP being grumpy or something on my end.Any ideas?
April 24, 201510 yr Author I tried with another account, and I got a little more information---------------There are no available payment methods. This can happen if, for example, you have two products that are set to only be able to be paid for by two different payment methods and you try to purchase them together. Or, if you restrict payment methods to only be available to certain countries and there are no payment methods available for this billing address. ---------------Neither of those potential problems are true. Looked closely at them. Wiill try making a new product from scratch.
April 24, 201510 yr Author So based on the post above, I tried restricting the Available To field to see if there something wrong having it set to No Restriction. I discovered selecting countries and then hitting save, the selection is not saved. It goes right back to No Restrictions being selected.Is this a bug, or some other Setting I am missing higher up the food chain?
