Is this feature still in 4.0 or was it taken out? It was a quick and easy way to edit a title and not have to go in to edit full mode in 3.x.x?

On IPS4 only when you edit first post.

Edit title is not in the forum listing presently, but the others are available via the multimod selection.

They removed it to make it a longer process to do, there was a thread about it before.

Strange choice, but hopefully once people start using IPB4 and noticing these "usability decisions" they'll put the necessary pressure to get it reinstated

One can only hope, this was a nice feature to have when you can just do a quick edit and it be done. Loading two pages, onw to get to the post and than one for a full edit of the whole message just to edit the title is a little silly.
