New VPS - A configuration or server error has occurred

Hi, I have new managed VPS and I can't upload language. I have this message: EX2 Something went wrong. Please try again. 

Does anyone know what config on server could fix it? On my other VPS is everything fine.

Also on this new VPS recaptcha and login (facebook, microsoft,....) did not work. VPS provider found that arg_separator.output and arg_separator.input had wrong config and fixed it - if someone has the similar issue.

Need correct path open_basedir

Try to use the CGI/FastCGI instead of Apache for upload language, or resolve problem with path open_basedir
