I applied a test demo website for pre-purchase test.

How can I translate the contents that are set by admin such the name of Forums, the rules of every forum?

I would like the name of the Forum change when I switch a language.

Is that possible?

In the ACP you can specify the forum name on a per-language basis in 4.0.

I heard that IPS connect in 4.0 didn't work well.

Even the example given officially here will get a problem "IPS Connect rejected the details provided. Please check the details you provided have been entered correctly and try again."

How to fix that?
