I do not want to eliminate what I have (apps and hooks) but need to know what is the problem in my board.... Anyone here do the server / IP board optimization? I found someone and he fixed the problem.... Thank you though... Here is how I fixed it.. It turned out that server has a problem, the problem was one of the mailbox (root) has some GB emails in it and causing slow down (I did not know that bounced emails can cause this kind of problem) after deleting those emais and adding a clean up cron for that mailbox... my board is lighting right now...
