I've submitted a disproportionate amount of support requests lately (migration from shared hosting to a VPS, plus mistakes I made upgrading skins, plus other random user questions) and every single one has been responded to patiently and promptly. I'm a relatively small forum in the scheme of things (70-100 registered users online during peak, less during off hours) and I think it's telling that IP Support gives my problems as much attention and consideration as I assume they do for the giant forums. So, I just wanted to publically say thanks! It's hard to please everyone, but personally, I'm an extremely satisfied customer.

The people here at IPS are the best you will ever find anywhere even for as overloaded as they are lately.

No matter what you'll always get service with a smile... For now it may not be in a time frame we seem to expect,

but they are taking that mountain they are under and doing a job turning it into a Mole hill...

IPS knows where its bread and water comes from (and if they were to up their renewal prices for new purchases, they could afford steak and beer), so you should generally always get respectful support from them. If you don't or if you feel unhappy in any way, then submit a ticket to Customer Service about it.
