I currently have a license for IP.Board and IP.Content. When the suite comes out, will I need to buy the whole thing just to keep what I have?

No. They will be split up differently, but costs and licensing are not changing at this point.

Instead of IP.Board being $175 + $25 renewal, it'll be [something like] $100 for the core, then $75 + $25 for IP.Board, and other applications are unchanged.

No. If you already own a license, you will not have to buy anything unless you are starting a new site, and require an additional license for it.
