Just purchased IP.Chat and I get the message:

Service temporaraily unavaliable. Please try again in a few minutes.

This maybe really simple but I can not figure it out. Anyone know a solution please?

I'd recommend to submit a ticket. The chat server should be online right now as far as I'm aware.

I'm getting exactly the same Brandon - just installed and added my license key.

The chat servers are online so I am not sure why you might be getting that. Perhaps your local install cannot talk to our servers for some reason. If you could submit a ticket we can look a bit deeper and see what might be going on.

By chance do you use our spam monitoring service? They use a similar method to connect to our servers.

I don't use the spam monitoring service by the way.

A ticket is the best way to go.

I just installed it and am getting the same error myself.
