Oh I hope these functions can be added in aswell:

- secondary groups are not taken care of
- ability to choose groups which can bump topics as often as they like (would be useful for admin/mod/vip groups) is not in

Is this going to updated to 3.2? I just tried it on 3.2 and it doesn't work.
