Posted December 21, 200816 yr In red border. It's bug or no ???? I using Internet Explorer 8 Beta 2 to view. :o
December 21, 200816 yr I would say there's no point raising IP.Board bugs when testing against a beta browser release. Wait until IE8 goes final, THEN you can report bugs in it.
December 21, 200816 yr Yeah I got IE 8 too, they have lots of glitches. I ve probably seen at least 30 of them. The thing you have to do to fix the views of the websites on IE 8, at the end of address bar, there is an icon that looks like one paper ripped in half. You have to manually click them for IE 8, which sucks. PS: Try to use Firefox 3 / Chrome / Safari / or IE 7. It might help more.

December 27, 200816 yr You answered your own question with this statement ;) I had to remove it from my computer. I can't believe Microsoft would even release such a horrible beta to the public. I've never had something mess my pc up so bad. :(
December 27, 200816 yr I had to remove it from my computer. I can't believe Microsoft would even release such a horrible beta to the public. I've never had something mess my pc up so bad. :( I can't agree with that, one reason why it renders stuff so bad is that it's more standards compliant and all your old IE hacks don't work quite right now. You would probably benefit from running it in compatability mode for a bit until people can make decent websites.

December 28, 200816 yr Well ofcourse, beta's are not intended for everyone to use in a production environment, It's good for people that develop sites etc to use though, I've had no issues making sites work with it, It's quite nice that it complies with more standards. The technical release (RC1) is a little nicer than Beta Two though.
