Posted April 13, 200718 yr Maybe a self delete button for comments? So I can delete the comments that I leave on somebody else's profile!
April 14, 200718 yr I personally don't see a point for this.Agreed. Thinking twice before commenting is the best solution.
April 14, 200718 yr Agreed. Thinking twice before commenting is the best solution.Unless your admin, cos you can delete anyway :P
April 16, 200718 yr I think it would be highly useful. Becase people do make mistakes, and it is not the end of the world, or going to stop IPB from working, but it is useful.
April 17, 200718 yr Either a way to delete, or a way to edit.....I would see a delete button much more beneficial.
April 18, 200718 yr Either a way to delete, or a way to edit.....I would see a delete button much more beneficial.I agree, because with delete, you can really do both edits and delete.
April 19, 200718 yr Why don't we allow members to delete their own posts as well... Wait.. I dunno about that one!
April 19, 200718 yr Why don't we allow members to delete their own posts as well... Wait.. I dunno about that one!As members, you can edit your posts though :)
April 19, 200718 yr Maybe just an option about this in ACP would be useful :) I personally won't turn this option on but there are people who wants it so it should be added. Just like the option for members to delete their own posts :)
April 19, 200718 yr Yeah I think a simple delete button for everyone would be nice. Although I think you as the user can delete them off your wall, the people that left them cannot? Am I correct?
April 19, 200718 yr Thats right :); if I let a comment on your profile, you can delete it. But I (the comment poster) can not.
April 20, 200718 yr It would be nice, but you can always have a mod or admin delete a comment for you. And second of all, since when did this software have to be like the dreaded myspace? <_<
