We have developed a download manager system - however we've yet to officially launch the product.

You can purchase it, a standard license is $50 USD, by submitting a ticket from your client area.

It's the same download manager system that's in use on IPSBeyond.com

He bought it from a Russian reseller, would that mean he does not have client center access on IPS, instead having it on the reseller.

If to buy through them I should be overpaid nearby 10-20 $ And not hardly still they will sell downloads system.

You need a active IP.Board License to buy Blog or Gallery, so I would only guess it is the same for download. I'd reccomend moving your IP.Board License to IPS.

IBResource.ru is an official IP.Board reseller - licenses purchased from there are totally legal :)

That's weird that Michael's "M" in his name that you quoted shows up as a question mark in the quote box (it shows "?ichael" instead of "Michael"). And yes, there are a few official IP.Board resellers out there.

I stand corrected, had never heard there were any official resellers out there, but had heard of ones falsely claiming to be one. :)

Keith does it as well, I think they just use the entity so that they can use those usernames even though they're already taken.
I subscribe to some of Keith's skin topics on IPSBeyond and I get emails saying "&34?k;eith has just....."
They also show up on the first page on the members list because of that

Definately. However as Master said, most people in Russia use nulled scripts, not wanting to sound prejuduce or anything.
