    @Jim M Ok that is obvious. I will let you know if that does not solve most of it.

    Users are also reporting odd things like having to manually enter their username and password every time they visit the site. I understand this sounds like a user issue but I have heard it a number of times.

    Many users have contacted me that they can not log in since the migration on Monday. I can not duplicate the issues when I log in as them. Users can log in but do not have access to the forums. See screen grab below. Please advise

    One more question. I was trying to move email back to GoDaddy before I moved my site to IPS cloud. GoDaddy is telling me I need to move my site and have you guys set the MX records in your DNS at the same time. Please advise.

    Awesome thanks. I am sure it varies but how long does the process take? How long does a typical forum locked down for?

    I am considering moving my Invision community from self-hosted to cloud hosting. From a functional perspective would this migration be any different than moving from one web host to another? After the migration, all URLs be the same? Will the small tweaks I have on my templates likely stay in place? If there are any issues with the templates post migration will Support help fix it or do I have to go back to my developer? Are the transition steps posted somewhere? I would need to move my email hosting to another provider or back to my domain registrar ( GoDaddy )?

    Permissions with Secondary Groups I want a primary group with limited permissions such as max daily posts. Some of my users also belong it various secondary groups. Playing with this it looks like any restrictions for a primary group would be overwritten if a secondary group is less restrictive. In other words, I have a general primary group that is limited to 3 posts a day. I also have a subject matter specific secondary group that is not restricted. When I add the secondary group to a user the restrictions of the primary group are overruled. Do I understand this correctly and is there an easy solution?

    It is not there on the Applications page to activate. Do I have to buy it? Install it?

    I see the below instructions but Gallery is not in my admin menus. I am sure it is right in front of me but I can not find it. Does it need to be installed?

    @Marc Stridgen As of Saturday morning, I was getting a 404 error for the embed on two mobile devices, one Android and one iPhone but not on the desktop. I showed it to @opentype and he could replicate the error 1 time in 10 try's and suggested it was not related to mobile vs desktop. This morning everything seems to work but I am going to continue to watch it. I did get the error on my Android this morning and then I cleared my cache and all is good. IDK. Maybe Spotify was doing something weird last week?

    This week (after latest update) I noticed that the Spotify player is not working on my site - in articles. It seems to work in topics. For me, it is broken in mobile but I showed it to @opentype and he said it works for him sometimes and seems to not be related to Mobile vs Desktop. IDK. Is this an issue with IPS player code?     Noticed that it is working the way I wanted again. No idea if something changed or if I am just insane. Either way.

    @opentype Ok I hear you. This is by design. I see the notes. Do I have any options on how it works or what images display? If the above example of how it works in SMS is how it is designed I am not thrilled.

    Ok starting over.... I just noticed this issue today. It worked like a charm in the past. here is my Icons&Logos page Here is how posts look on Facebook The issue is below - Android SMS. Ideas?

    @Jim M So my Open Graph "Share Image" / Icons & Logos setting has not changed. I thought the Open Graph protocol applied to my text messages also. My phone is Android. Do you think something else changed? Maybe within Android? Again Open Graph still works with my Facebook account but not on sms. Or is this what @opentype was taking about?

    @opentype Your help is always spot on. So how do I fix it? The image I want is under “Icons & Logos”. I do not see where to add it as you described above. Just to make sure we are on the same page..... I want a default image to display when a link is texted. It currently works for Facebook posts.

    I can only guess that this started with the last update but I am not sure. I have had an image set for the "application icon" since I moved to IPS 8 months ago and now suddenly it does not work. Any ideas before I go down a rabbit hole? Below are screenshots from my Admin CP and then from my phone.

    Bump. Any idea how hard this would be to create? Could this be a simple plugin? I am specifically looking for the banner stats piece.

    Ok, thanks super helpful. Since I am the only admin I never really use the mod page but now I see that I should be.

    The problem is that not all users select to see all forums ( categories ). I posted something this week that I wanted EVERY user to see but some had opted out. I could merge all forums into one but that sort of sucks also. I also worry that users accidentally select one forum and do to realize they are only seeing a portion of the whole site. Especially in mobile. ( Smarter users would be great but that is another topic) Maybe a mass reset button that assigns all forums to all users? Of a forum that can not be unselected? Ideas? Below is a screenshot of my forums.
