Is there a default export to XLS or CSV for payments > transactions? If not is there a 3rd party tool out there?

@Marc Stridgen Can you confirm that PayPal allows this functionality? Are other IPS sites able to use withdrawals? Reading other threads it looks as if PayPal may have disabled this functionality.

Setting up an education app with Commerce that collects from students and pays out teachers for lessons.
Payments for lessons work as expected.
When I try to test withdrawals for the teachers I get the below message.
A configuration or server error has occurred
1X200/1 Authorization error occurred.
I have the same PayPal Client ID and Secret password for Withdrawals and Payments ACP > Commerce > Settings > PayPal

I feel like this is a dumb question but I can not figure it out.
How do I set permissions for Commerce menu items? From my admin account, I can see what I need to see. When I log in as a user I can get "The page you are trying to access is not available for your account."
I messed the the menu item settings and looked in Group permissions. Where the holy heck is the setting?

The HTML email I am trying to send was created by a business partner using TinyMCE editor.
Should my bulk mail system send it no matter what code is in there or are there guardrails? If so that makes sense.

@Jim M I am sending the Simple and HTML test emails to both an Outlook server and a Gmail address.

I use my admin group for testing. The simple email went through and the new HTML did not. I have repeated this a few times.
The error log shows one bad email address ( has a hard bounce) I have in there but not other errors.
Makes me wonder if all these emails were sent but blocked by a filter on the server? ?

Trying to send a test email of a heavily formatted HTML email. I do not get an error message but I can not see that anything was sent. Looks like the system just ignored it.
When I re-tested with a very simple email everything worked. Is there a formatting limitation that must be followed?

I am getting ready to do my first pilot Live Topic.
Am I correct that when I organize/set up the live topic I need to copy the resulting URL like www.mystite.com/live/topic/2 and that is what I share with my users so they can find / attend the live topic?
It is as simple as the URL for the live topic is posted in a forum post or event page and the users follow the link?

Where is the "Set Reminder" option?

I thought events would send reminder emails but I have been trying to test it and can't make it work. I am not getting any notifications or emails. Might be fat-fingering something but can't see what it is.

I sent an additional DNS edit request from an additional email address that is now my IPS account default. Could you please confirm?
I apologize for the absolute ridiculousness of this thread. IPS support has been great but the universe is clearly screwing with me this week.

One of the two support tickets can through to the new address

I created a brand new Gmail address and made it my IPS contact address. Please resend me the ticket replies.

So I had an Alternative Account Contact that was getting accounting emails from IPS but was not getting support emails.
I deleted my Alternative Account Contact so I could use that email as my primary but the system says "That email address is in use by another member". So now I am not getting accounting or support emails.
This is becoming a bit of a rabbit hole. I just trying to get the status of a support ticket.

FYI - my Alternative Account Contact email received a billing reminder 5 minutes ago.
My default email ( the one I used to submit the ticket ) did not.

I have not received any emails from support@invisionpower.com today. I have received more than a dozen other emails today.
I double-checked the address in my IPS client area and it is correct.
I have checked and searched junk and deleted messages. My email seems to be working otherwise. Of course, the issue could be at my end but at this point, I do not think so. Feel free to send me a test email if that is helpful.
This is all ironic since one of my tickets is about my email deliverability.
Could you please just DM the messages? Or I believe at added a second email to my account at some point.

FYI - I searched both of the contact emails on my account. Do support replies go to all admin emails but just the one the that originated the ticket?

That is perplexing. I have searched my junk and do not see them but I have had non-ips related mail issues this week.
Would you please resend the replies?

I emailed a request for support to support@invisionpower.com on 1/28 & another on 1/31.
I have not heard back on either. Is this not the process for creating a support ticket? Is there just a backlog?

I had Adriano build a custom app for sports coaching. The app uses Commerce to collect $ from students and pays out coaches for lessons – minus my fee.
The system that Adriano built works great. If the business grows I am worried about the accounting. As it is I do not see an easy way to correlate a lesson, the student payment, the money owed to the coach, and if the coach has withdrawn payment for a specific lesson.
Commerce works and I know the amounts credited to each coach are correct but my OCD wants a spreadsheet showing how the money moves around.
Are there any tools any solutions for additional reporting for transactions and withdrawals?
