I'm trying to configure my website https://eternalx.xyz but it seems it is not working properly. Whenever I click something such as the forum post or such I just get a bunch of script.

My community in cloud website broke out of no where? This is actually a critical point in the day where I get most of my sales and i cant even access admin panel. Not one page in my website. It is telling me to reinstall the software by redirecting me to admin/install. it looks like my whole website was deleted which i really hope wasnt the case. Update: Well email got back quicker than usual. They are fixing it. Can a mod or admin please close.

Im gettting invalid uri when trying to join through plugin on website. I found in the developer panel on discord where to add the uri but it says it must match the uri in the application, how do i find this?

Its not a theme or plugin, its Facebook chat messenger, its just a few lines of code. I'm not even sure if that's what's causing the issues because its displaying on my website perfectly, i don't see how that will break admin panel and work perfectly on the site? it also broke other features on site like customers not being able to make purchases.

I updated from the version before 4.6.8 that was available. I was on Gamozilla theme. When I tried to update at first it told me I had a modified theme and i couldnt update but that was because of the facebook chat plugin. I removed it to update, and i updated. as soon as the update was done i added the plugin back in the tab i had open from editing the theme prior. I noticed the site loading was 5x-10x slower than it was before the update also. My customers get an error saying site is having a technical problem when they try to do certain actions like adding a product to the bag for checkout.

I cant do any of these, i cant access admin panel, everything throws errors. cant even access my support requests. so this is not looking good for me and my buisness at the moment, still nothing back from support. tried to email them. Just found out when customers add something to there cart they also get an error, so everything is halted.

New update broke my. Mainly admin panels, keep saying my theme is out of date. I cannot work like this. Can someone help me fix this asap please.. Edit, I cannot goto admin panel to get support, just throws errors.

Hello, I used Brilliant Discord Widget for my website to login & using it, removes the password from my account. And when I try to reset my password it tries to prompt me to create a new account. Any ideas how I can get back into my account in community on the cloud?

I want to hire someone to make a custom app for my website, but before I do that, I'm just wondering if we are able to have a c++ application handle login and registrations on app. So it would also create a profile on site if they registered through the app. Or i could haave register link to the register page in a browser but would login still be do able ? Im on community in the cloud but I do realize I may have to host myself to have full control.
