  1. Same for me. I installed it but it's not generating a post. I'm running the latest version of 4.5.
  2. I only ran the post count update on a couple of members and you were right, it does work. Is there a way to run it on all of them or is it a one at a time thing?
  3. OK...I understand. The description that I posted above is just not very clear.
  4. Morrigan, You are correct in that any action triggers the move. I did what you suggested and recounted the posts and it immediately moves them to the expired members group. I can live with that but wish there was a way to move them automatically. I am using the cron method and I guess I don't understand what it is telling me. I take it to mean that it will move them when run. Maybe it's not setup to run, I don't know.
  5. OK, I will try that. BUT, this is a cron task, it' supposed to run without the user action. If I have to do that, there are over 900 trial members. About half are past the 60 days, I would have to manually trigger about 500 one at a time. 😞
  6. The members were primarily imported from VBulletin when I changed over. Perhaps the join dates didn't get imported? Also, it has nothing to do with post counts, only join date so how would recounting post help? and if so, how do I recount them? hmmm...I just went to groups and looked at the members of Test Members. The join dates are all there. You say that you aren't seeing the time frame, I'm not sure what you mean.
  7. I've already set up subscriptions in IPB. Manually setting up close to a thousand existing subscriptions is a pain though
  8. Sorry, I don't know how to do a screen shot when I have to scroll.
  9. It's the only rule I have at this time.
  10. I don't see any that apply. It is the only promotion that I have set up at this time. I checked the groups and both have "enable promotions" turned on.
  11. It does nothing. It should move them from the trial group to the expired group. Nothing gets moved.
  12. I obviously don't understand how group promotions work. I have a paid site. People can join and get a free 60 day membership. After 60 days, they can still read the forum but not post. I had it setup that way in VBulletin but haven't figured it out yet for IPB. I renamed the members group to trial members. I then set up a group promotion with the only criteria being "join day 60 days or longer ago". Then set it to move them to the expired members group. If they subscribe before then, they are automatically removed to the supporting members group. Seemed simple enough but hasn't done anything. I went to system tasks and manually ran "promotions" but still nothing. Is that the task that should have moved them to the other group?
  13. I'm a bit new to Invision but I don't see, in any of the marketplace stuff, what versions the items will work on. I am running the latest version, is this them good with it?
  14. Recently converted my site from VBulletin. Have subscriptions set up but getting a message from PayPal. Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing: I looked at my PayPal account and apparently the old URL for VBulletin is still there. I can change it but don't know the the URL should be. Any help?
  15. Sanford, FL. It places his marker in Sanford, N.C.
  16. Another issue. I haven't really checked that many markers yet but a member messaged to tell me that they had the city right but his marker is showing up in the wrong state. I checked his profile and it is clearly marked "FL" but the marker is in South Carolina.
  17. In your example, if I click on the "X", I can close the bubble above the popup. Once I close it though, it will not open again when I click on it. When I click on the circle, it opens and says "I am a circle". I can open and close it with no problem.
  18. I may not know what I'm looking for but here is the only thing I see. [Warning] JQMIGRATE: jQuery.fn.bind() is deprecated (root_library.js, line 12) [Warning] JQMIGRATE: JQMIGRATE: jQuery.cssProps is deprecated (root_library.js, line 12)
  19. I used a different browser and it seems to work correctly. I am on a Mac. Using Safari, which I normally do, none of the markers open up when I click on them. I tried Firefox and it works properly. Is their a known issue with Mac and Safari?
  20. One more quick question. When I click on a marker shouldn't the information about that member open up? Nothing happens when I click.
  21. Thanks. I'll check again tomorrow. I installed it this morning and several hours later, none have been added. OK...I just tried the task and it seems to be working. Will wait and let it take it's course.
  22. I just bought and installed Community Maps. It works ok and I was able to add a pin for myself. A couple of members have seen it also and added pins. I can't see to get it to import my users though. I have two groups that I want to pin on the maps. Supporting Members, Admins, Moderators. I have those three selected and I click Sync Profile but the markers don't show up.
