  1. Hello,

    I am having an issue with the event calendar for recurring events in the 'overview' view. I have a biweekly recurring event (February 13th and 27th). When I first open the calendar for the current month it only shows the 13th event:

    Could contain: Text, Page

    After I switch to another month, e.g. March, and then switch back to February the calendar will show the second event:

    Could contain: File, Page, Text, Webpage

    Is it possible to configure the calendar for showing both events?

    Thank you!

    Looks an interesting concept there 🙂 We do have people that use courses to show their users how to use the site. Not quite what you are looking at there, but thought I would mention

    Thank you for the suggestion 🙂

    Instead of doing those things, why not add it using the tool already available for adding a template?

    Could contain: Page, Text, File

    If you are developing an application though, then things are a little different - if this is the case, you'd create your template in the dev folder of your application and work from there.

    Thank you for the suggestion. I tried doing it this way but it didn't work either. I think it's because my test environment is not configured correclty. I can't even see the list of exising templates.

  4. Hello,

    I have an existing application and I am trying to add some new features. I have added a new template to the theme.xml file and also created a new record in the core_theme_templates table, but when I try to use the new template I get the error below:

    ErrorException: template_store_missing (0)
    /public_html/community/system/Dispatcher/Dispatcher.php(153): IPS\Dispatcher\_Controller->execute()
    /public_html/community/index.php(13): IPS\_Dispatcher->run()

    What am I doing wrong?

    Thank you

  5. Hi there,

    Our community map says that there is an updateCould contain: Text.
    However, when I click Update Available, it says we need to purchase the app again. Could contain: File, Page, Text, Webpage

    Please let us know how to resolve this.

    We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

    We look forward to further assisting you.

    The issue has been resolved by itself. Thank you for your support.

    It looks like you're using WordPress at the root of your domain. Have you altered the .htaccess configured there recently? This can impact subfolders down the chain, which may also be your issue.

    I would suggest replacing the .htaccess as recommended in my previous post to ensure you have the correct ones in place and then you may wish to temporarily disable your WordPress .htaccess to see if that impacts anything.

    I restored yesterday's backup but nothing changed. I still have the issue.

    Did you apply the .htaccess for the API directory to your root directory by mistake? Sounds like this is happening if it is impacting other areas of the site.

    The .htaccess in ACP -> System -> Search Engine Optimization -> Rewrite URLs goes in the installation root of our software.

    The .htaccess in ACP -> System -> API, goes in the api directory of our software.

    No, everything was working fine, and then I started getting that screen out of the blue. I put the .htaccess file in the correct directory but nothing changed.
