    Hello, there is a weird problem in the forum, which there seems a random image appearing in the right bottom of each post, see attach screenshot. Note: I purposely obfuscate some image or names of our member. Thanks -Allan

    @Marc Stridgen Yes there where posts deleted, is this the case? If so, then its not a bug but there were posts deleted and it wont be re-calculated since the rank is given? -Allan

    Yes, you're correct - we're a private community so guests should absolutely not be able to see anything at all. How do we fix this?

    When I attempt to turn on Manifest support, I get an error saying that the URL cannot be found: However, the URL definitely exists as it's the most commonly visited URL on our website, showing the Latest Activity stream. I would assume that it would be possible to use the Latest Activity stream as the custom Start URL as this is the URL that makes the most logical sense out of any URL on the entire platform. What could be causing this to happen? (I've used the exact format mentioned in the description)

    Hello, We have an issue on one of our member point rank. We set a 2500 rank post, but one of them has actually total post of 2472, but the calculated rank post is 2508 please see attach screenshot This is the the total rank points so the calculation between total posts and rank posts is different. how do we fix this? Thanks -Allan

    As confirmed we don't use email templates or so, and I can't see anything missing from the URL and as I mentioned earlier the problem is with the querystring that is being added. -Allan

    Hello If you remove the "?do-findComment" it works, I just can't find or why the post forum URL , that I recieved in email has that query string, how to disable in members email when they recieved notifications from that post? -Allan

    I have had this happen to me a number of times lately. i go into my outlook on my mobile (iOS) and click on a link in an email from IPB (see attached image). This then opens my web browser and since I’m not logged in, it redirects me to the login page. I enter my login details and press the login button and it sends me to a TOPIC NOT FOUND error, instead of to the post I clicked on. The URL I ended up getting to after logging in is: https://portal.thetechtribe.com/community/topic/13752-build-your-own-website-content-or-hire-someone-else-to-do-it/?do=findComment -Allan

    Hello guys, I notice on my search options I have two "Products" choices, see screenshot attach Our users are trying to search products ( were using product vault ) and notice two products options. The one on top does not work, but the one in bottom works. How do we remove the one in top that is not working? Thanks -Allan

    I searched for my recent post "The 20" and used quotes, and it returns nothing, uses the 20, no quotes. It returns one oddly wrong result. However, if I search for the20 quotes or no quotes, it returns the correct results. Are there settings that need to change for this to work correctly? Or can you please explain how we search in the forum properly? Screenshot below is when I search The 20 with quotes: Search The 20 without quotes: Search The20 and it shows the correct results: - Allan
