Jim M's post in Exporting commerce order data was marked as the answer
I'm afraid, the complete order data cannot be exported into a CSV/spreadsheet at this time. If you would like to see this in a future release, please post your suggestion in our official Feature Suggestion forum for further evaluation.

Jim M's post in after fresh install modcp shows 404 page please help out? was marked as the answer
It looks like you enabled URL rewrites but did not apply the .htaccess or mod_rewrite is not enabled on your server. Please see the information in ACP -> System -> Search Engine Optimization -> Rewrite URLs. If you applied the .htaccess correctly, please contact your hosting provider for further assistance.

Jim M's post in URL Problem (index.php?xxx) was marked as the answer
Please go to ACP -> System -> Search Engine Optimization -> follow the instructions under Rewritten URLs to apply the .htaccess to your server. (NOTE: our software only provides the rewrites for Apache. If you are running another web server, please contact your hosting provider or server administrator for assistance)

Jim M's post in Preview new theme was marked as the answer
I would suggest making it only available to your Administrator group. You do this by editing the theme and adjusting the "Available for" selection. You can then go to the front-end, scroll to the bottom, and click "Theme" to change your theme to it.

Jim M's post in Spam Issue with Links - Help! was marked as the answer
Do you believe these to be bots accessing your community? If so, I would advise implementing stronger spam prevention rules. I would suggest reading our Guide here: https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/security-and-rules/spam-prevention-r9/
Currently, your registration looks to only require a CAPTCHA. I would suggest trying Question and Answers but make them something specific to your niche.
What you are asking for allowing the posting of links, this does not exist in the software and would require a customization. You are welcome to post your suggestion in our official Feature Suggestion for review for a future release.

Jim M's post in Pages : Remove "And 6 more" in menu was marked as the answer
This is by design for this "block." You would not be able to expand this menu without some form of customization.
Here is a similar category block in Downloads (our Marketplace):
If you would like to change this behavior in the software, please leave your suggestion in our official Feature Suggestion forum.

Jim M's post in log out all devices except the last one was marked as the answer
This would require customization as it is not how the software works out of the box.
You can of course submit a feature request in our Feature Suggestion forum for a future release, however.

Jim M's post in Table 'darkfrag4_ipss.cms_database_categories' doesn't exist was marked as the answer
You have a third-party plugin called "Pages Category URL" but you do not have Pages. Therefore, it looks like it is trying to access things which you do not have thus an error is appropriate. You will want to uninstall it.

Jim M's post in So, if you want to upgrade to 4.7.0 but your server does not support PHP 7.4 was marked as the answer
Minimum is PHP 7.4 so need to have your hosting provider upgrade you to a server with it or change providers. There is no other option if you can’t run minimally PHP 7.4, I’m afraid.

Jim M's post in Adding Technical Support To My License was marked as the answer
Support is still covered under self-hosted licenses. The avenue to receive support has only changed. Our same staff will be here to assist you in this forum for any software support needs. Our staff has access to the client area to obtain secure access to your access details you provide and we can escalate your ticket, should it require doing so.
What is it that you require support for? We’re here to help 🙂.

Jim M's post in Two Issues on a IPS Board: Login Security, Site access (Safari maybe?) was marked as the answer
This is the browser coming back to you with this information because you are not running the site (I presume) with an SSL certificate and over HTTPS. The web has switched to being a security concise place so browsers will now warn you if you are on an HTTP website and submitting forms with sensitive information, such as login credentials.
You would need to get with your hosting provider/server administrator and add an SSL certificate to the server. Then follow the instructions below to ensure your community is running over HTTPS:

Jim M's post in Error when upgrading to v 4.7 was marked as the answer
Please ensure your database tables are set to dynamic, not compact. Otherwise, you will run into this issue. Please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

Jim M's post in Getting an error when converting Invision Community 4.7.0 was marked as the answer
Looking in your ACP, it looks like you're using a custom language pack. Are you using that language pack during the conversion? If so, I would switch to an unmodified English language pack as something seems off here.

Jim M's post in Database Records Backup "Cloud hosting" was marked as the answer
Sorry, there are no current means at this time. The download database setting here is for being able to move templates and related items between instances, not backing up the Pages Database.
In our Cloud, we do have in-depth backups so there would be few cases where you would require your backup outside of personal needs or moving off the platform. However, on request, we can provide you with your data.

Jim M's post in Disable function PHP? was marked as the answer
Unfortunately, the message in the ACP is simply relaying what PHP has in it so this is not something which we can assist you much with. Your hosting provider would need to investigate PHP and see why these functions are not disabled on your server.
Additionally, keep in mind this is simply a recommendation from our end to better your security. It is entirely up to you and hosting provider/server administrator to agree/implement. If you're on shared hosting, many providers will not disable these due to that. If this is something which you want to be a part of your security plan, you may need to change providers to do so if they are unwilling to help.

Jim M's post in Help with cleaning up deleted member was marked as the answer
The only recommendation here would be to restore your database to before the deletion then delete them via the software. Manually deleting data from the database is not recommended or supported.

Jim M's post in Record Feed was marked as the answer
Looking at the page in question, this is due to you are already using that block on that page so you would not be able to utilize it again.

Jim M's post in Club leader can no longer add member was marked as the answer
Inviting members would be expected in types which have membership options. There is no straight up add button unless you mean adding something else? It could be you were using a third party solution here prior which is no longer working.

Jim M's post in Service DOWN - while upgrading the invision recommended updates was marked as the answer
It looks like you had numerous Javascript errors. After clearing system caches in ACP -> Support -> Clear System Caches, this has been resolved so they should be able to post. If you're still having issues, please clear your browser's cache as well.
If anyone is still having issues logging in, we would need to know the exact user.

Jim M's post in ID: 0 Without permissions to enter by the administrator was marked as the answer
Sorry, we do not recommend making manual queries, nor do we support it. If you make a manual query, it is your responsibility to ensure you have retained backups and if it goes wrong, you will need to restore those backups.

Jim M's post in Server transfer issue - InvalidArgumentException: (0) was marked as the answer
An update to this - a colleague reached out to me and said that upgrading to 4.7 should fix your corruption issue with theme resources as it should replace them. Please try that now and let us know how it goes!
