  1. Jim M's post in Members getting logged in as other members, seeing their PMs, etc was marked as the answer
This would be server caching doing something it is not supposed to. It either was caching whole pages or sessions which results in the behavior you’re describing. This would have been a server configuration fault by the server administrator of the site rather than a software issue. We would never expose other users information in a manner like this.
  2. Jim M's post in Marketplace 1 license for 1 site? was marked as the answer
Licensing is solely up to the authors so it is best to check with them.
  3. Jim M's post in Commerce cart bug, can't add to to cart was marked as the answer
This appears to have been a configuration error when utilizing CloudFlare. If you utilize a proxy, please be sure to enable "Trust IP addresses provided by proxies?" in ACP -> System -> Advanced Configuration.
  4. Jim M's post in Cant upgrade and various other oddities was marked as the answer
Have you setup your Twitter login API?

  5. Jim M's post in Error on Upgrade. Cloud Community was marked as the answer
Please go to {your-base-url}/admin/upgrade in your browser to complete your upgrade. We are aware of an issue with that particular version and moving forward will complete the upgrade.
  6. Jim M's post in Display Width was marked as the answer
ACP -> Customization -> Themes -> edit theme -> Custom tab -> Enable "Fluid Width" and then set "Fluid width size (in %)"
  7. Jim M's post in Enabling "post by administrators" was marked as the answer
This would be the "Highlight items with replies" member group setting. That is showing our group icon.
  8. Jim M's post in /api/core/messages/ - Invalid Sender? was marked as the answer
to is required to be an array, not integer so would need to change that in your setup.
  9. Jim M's post in Domain Name Change Request was marked as the answer
Thank you for setting your nameservers. I have applied your domain to your community. While you are all set, it may take a few moments to resolve.
  10. Jim M's post in Clubs user group permissions? Where are they? was marked as the answer
Clubs cannot be joined based on member group at this time. Joining a club is based solely on what type of club it is. You may wish to create a private club and only invite members you want to join. This is a little more manual overhead but would accomplish the same thing.
Otherwise, please leave your suggestion in our official Feature Suggestion forum for further evaluation.
  11. Jim M's post in where are the club's invitations shown? was marked as the answer
Go to the Club -> Members tab -> filter by on the table -> Pending invitations
  12. Jim M's post in custom pages was marked as the answer
This is not possible via our software. The easiest way though is to rename the index.php file to index.php.old then create an index.html file with your message. Then when you're ready to open your site, just delete the index.html file and rename the index.php.old file to index.php.
You can also simply turn the community offline and display a message there but it will not be your custom HTML page. You can turn the community offline by going to ACP -> System -> General Configuration.
  13. Jim M's post in How to re-index Word Expansions? was marked as the answer
Currently, the feature only works moving forward once created, it does not go back and rebuild previous content. You can certainly submit a feature suggestion for this if you wish to see it in a future release.
  14. Jim M's post in Recently switch the URL over for where we host the forum and getting License Key Invalid alert was marked as the answer
Yes, the license key is set to URLs, not the domain so you will need to reset it per the guide here:

  15. Jim M's post in Google Analytics 4 was marked as the answer
We simply provide a spot in the software for the JavaScript include to be placed so yes, it does work 🙂 .
  16. Jim M's post in Remove achievement badge from profile picture? was marked as the answer
There is not. This would require customization, I'm afraid.
  17. Jim M's post in CloudFlare settings was marked as the answer
You have configured CloudFlare to respect headers from origin so it cannot be. You can even disable it via the Developer mode button I showed you to appease. As Randy mentioned too, it could be a third party resource on your Invision Community install causing this so you would want to disable those as well.
  18. Jim M's post in Error 500 on new account page was marked as the answer
That would be an error with a third party application called Member Shop. Please contact the author for assistance.
  19. Jim M's post in Schema.org type? was marked as the answer
Sorry, what exactly are you wanting to do here? We utilize different types based on what you are wanting to accomplish for your metadata. You can view source of the outputted HTML to see the different sets that are used in the software.
Please keep in mind that customizations are outside our scope of support so depending exactly what you're asking, we may need to move this to a different forum so you can receive assistance from other administrators.
  20. Jim M's post in Club categories is not displaying category wise was marked as the answer
Please contact the author of the Club Categories third party application for assistance with your issue here.
  21. Jim M's post in Issue with Alerts [4.7.4 - PHP 8.0.X] was marked as the answer
You will want to apply all patches as an alert with no end date may be encountering the issue.
  22. Jim M's post in Moderator-CP -> Reported Content broken after Update to 4.7.4 was marked as the answer
Any time you upgrade PHP, I'd recommend running this compatibility script:
This way no need to remember which specific modules are required, etc... This will run before the upgrader but often things break prior to that if you're missing something that the upgrader itself requires.

  23. Jim M's post in 4.7.3 and 4.7.4 beta 1 - Events search error was marked as the answer
Yes, this fix is in 4.7.4.
  24. Jim M's post in Switching Storage Settings Appears Hung was marked as the answer
Thank you for confirming! Please be advised I have moved this to a ticket to better assist you and investigate your issue. Please check your email for further correspondence.
  25. Jim M's post in Activity stream block issue? was marked as the answer
You are limiting your Activity Stream to the last 24 hours. Briefing looking at the forums (we have access to), there has not been content in the last 24 hours so it would be correctly hiding.
