Thank you! That seems to have fixed the issue. Should I enable them 1 at a time to confirm which was the issue?

Here is the most recent. First 2 look like 3rd party apps we have disabled
TypeError: count(): Argument #1 ($value) must be of type Countable|array, null given (0)

Just tried default theme and have the same issue. I also disabled the 3rd party apps we are using. Not sure if its related but one interesting issue that has been happening in the last week or so is multiple email notifications for subscribed topics or forums. Ex 1 new post in our classifieds section would trigger 10 or so emails for anybody subscribing

Just cleared the system cache. Still experiencing the same issue. Will test on another device

We are currently having issues with a 500 Error when clicking into topics. The forum index works just fine but the error occurs when clicking on the actual topic. I checked the error logs on the server and the admin cp. Server isn't showing anything other than blocked IPs. This is the admincp error message that displayed before it went down last night
Template store key: template_12_2fb293ac9742a1ebdf0f083ddddd13eb_content missing (newsletters, global, content)
I have also been in contact with our server and blocked a few IPs that were making too many hits. Last night the site was completely down then they downgraded our PHP and the site partially came back up.

I am having this exact same issue. Just want to easily be able to sell one singular product since we already have an online store front setup through Shopify. This item is a small pocket knife and since we are connected to Facebook/Instagram they will remove our entire product catalog for selling it.
I have created the button and tested it in an iframe and works perfectly. When I add the HTML into a forum post it redirects me to the first page in that same thread.

It was not there in 4.5 either
Thanks, couldn't remember

@Dexter_X @Genestoy Thanks for making this easy to get back up and running. Is there any way to get it back onto the mobile view? The code change worked perfect for desktop but I am not seeing it to the right of their name in mobile. I have gotten this far but do not know what code to add and where.

Lock the actual post or topic? Can you clarify? Or do you mean based on the last reply in a topic?
Okay this will lock topics after 30 days of being started fine but it does not support limiting the amount of topics allowed in a forum. I apologies for the confusion if the screenshots seem to indicate that. I'm not sure there's even a plugin in the IPS Marketplace that does that.
I would like it to lock topics

Is there a way to retroactively lock all old posts over 14 days in a certain forum? Just downloaded and installed with settings to lock after 14 days of star but would be nice to lock all the old topics we have
-
Just purchased this and noticed the require by forum is not yet available. Any update on when it might be? It was one of the features we used most from the last tags app. After 4.4 update it was not longer functional

Go to the SuperGrid settings. There is a color selector there to change that default white background to your dark background color.
That did it, thank you

Hi @opentype
Not sure if this is a supergrid or theme issue but figured I would start here as I just installed. When adding new records they match the theme correctly until I add an image then it goes to a white background. It should look like the one titled Grid 1
thanks in advance

Newsletter distribution is described in detail in the documentation.
The issue is built, the recipients are added to the queue, and then a background task is kicked off. Distribution depends on how your IPS tasks are configured to run - do they run by cron job? By activity?
You can check the distribution progress by looking at the issue list, which, btw, would also give you the option to cancel instead of deleting.
I'm answering from my phone now, so I can't get more detailed right now... Please check the documentation so you can see how to find that page.
It is currently configured to run with traffic but can change that if needed. Also tried manually pushing the task in the manager. Here are screenshots of the issue, newsletter queue, content and task manager. One thing I noticed is the time in the queue changes after I set it.

Hi @HeadStand
We recently downloaded and installed Newsletter and are unable to get it to send. I have read through the directions and clicked publish but nothing seems to fire. It always says queued for distribution but do not see anything after that. We have tried multiple times even deleting and recreating it.
I am sure it is something I am missing but thought you may be able to check into it
Thanks
