  1. I understand what you are saying there, but given we cannot replicate it in any way, there has to be some difference in what we are seeing on stock browser installations and what you are seeing there. So we do need to rule these out
  2. I have tagged this for our developers, but as far as the software front end is concerned, there is nothing specifically to set order, even if thats what it happens to have been doing.
  3. Sorry, Im not following here. You mention the order you set in the form, but there is no way in which to set an order
  4. Im not seeing anything broken on your site at present. We would need it to be in the broken state, or the specific things you are adding to put it in the broken state so we can check this
  5. You would need to check what redirects are in place on your server there, as it seems something is redirecting when you visit that location as in the message
  6. Sorry to hear this is the case. I am unable to advise without knowing what you are missing there. There isnt anything you have added to the conversation so far that the system doesn't already do.
  7. Sorry, Im not sure I understand the question there. Without it currently broke or the exact steps to reproduce on your site, there isnt anything for us to look at. Of course you would need to ensure access details are up to date on file

You can read more about this here
  9. No problem at all 🙂
  10. This would be users who can see hidden items, so would be moderator permissions
  11. Also it would be worth checking your spam folder to ensure they arent simply being caught up in there
  12. I can pass this on, but Im not seeing any issues at all at present.
  13. Sorry to hear this is the way you feel. This is unfortunately not a simple case of adding primary keys to each table, and would be an extremely large undertaking on the software. Therefore is not something you are likely to see any time soon. However, I would like to address the below I would suggest on this contacting a developers to work on this on your behalf. The documentation does indeed show the creation of members in the members section of the members section of the rest API here https://invisioncommunity.com/developers/rest-api A POST request would be sent to the following endpoint - /core/members In addition, this returns the ID of the member that has been created. You can pull a full list of members on the REST API if you need to pull those separately with a GET request to the following endpoint /core/members However you do mention the following after that part Getting all IDs and the use of OAuth for creation of members are 2 different things here. In terms of OAuth and your other site being the client, you can create OAuth clients within System->Site Features->API for your purposes, which follow the OAuth 2.0 standard. All scopes are shown in that area that can be used, and again the ID of course would be provided to the client. There isn't anything here at this point that you have said that isn't already available with our APIs. I would encourage you to get someone who is familiar with these, or if its just things you are unsure of, please post in our developers forum to ask those questions.
  14. Do you have any plugins at all enabled on that chrome instance? I am unable to replicate this there also
  15. Our developers have actually been unable to replicate the bug reported initially in the ticket. I've just been trying to replicate that myself also, and unable to replicate. If you have step by step instructions on how to replicate the issue, please feel free to share those and I can test with that
  16. I would need specific example items if possible, so I can look further for you
  17. Marc replied to virap1's post in a topic in Technical Problems
As mentioned by my colleague, this will be resolved in the next feature release 🙂
  18. Please could you ensure its in that state, so I can take a look for you? or provide a step by step example, including exactly what you set, so I can replicate and the issue and revert to default when done
  19. Please could I confirm you are running the latest release of the software?
  20. Please ensure you have applied all patches showing in the support area of your admin CP. This should correct the problem you are having
  21. Are these registering under the standard login method, or other means?
  22. Im not sure what this would resolve. This would very much not be the way to go in terms of an upgrade, and the error in question is related to the database and log table size. No amount of changing files will change the size of that database table.
  23. It may be worth taking a look through the providers database and employing services to upgrade such an old site if you are having issues there. We no longer support 3.x, including upgrades from, but there are many who offer these services where people are having problems, so thought I would mention this. https://invisioncommunity.com/third-party/providers-directory/
  24. You should upload those folders. There is no need to remove those as you once did.
  25. Are you looking at this while logged in or logged out?
