  1. This is something done on your MySQL instance, not within your admin CP. If you are unsure, you should indeed contact your hosting company to assist you
  2. I would indeed set them to yes 🙂
  3. As you have done a conversion, edit both of those and change them both to email. When you do a conversion, it needs to add a converter login method, which actually works with the standard one. It checks if it's a converted login, and if not uses standard, so when you have those mixed (one set to username and one to email) it can cause problems and confusion
  4. Always! 🙂
  5. I would need to know exactly what is being uploaded, so I can test on this end and see what is going on there for you.
  6. A ticket has been created on this, and that ticket has now been escalated to a higher tier to take a look at.
  7. Ah I see. These are filters on the calendar listing rather than search (search is whats in the top right of the page). Let me take a look at this for you.
  8. We certainly can. I have completed off the upgrade for you. What has happened here is that its hit the upgrader screen before its completed the switch to the new files. I will report this is happening, however if you do see this and want to get past it, if you wait a few minutes and then go to /admin/upgrade it will show you it wants to upgrade. 🙂
  9. LOL, you beat me on this one 😄
  10. Just looking at the message there, that doesnt actually appear to be from our email servers, and hasnt been seen since you edited email settings. Did you switch the email setting to cloud after you clicked to send on the bulk email perhaps?
  11. No problem at all 🙂
  12. Glad you found what you were looking for 🙂
  13. the ones who have been following for more than a year, please bear in mind your settings will remove followers after 12 months. I see you have now amended that on your system. With the others, I will need an example member and content item you know them to be following, that you are happy for me to change the email address on. We can then take a look at that.
  14. I cant find that, no. Please provide me with a link to the calendar event itself
  15. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  16. I notice here the member actually refollowed that item a month ago, so was not following at that time. This may have something to do with it here. Question for you. Are these people who have been following an item for over a year possibly?
  17. The event in question there is unfortunately an invalid link. However I picked another to search for, and this is working without issue in my test, as you can see here. I realise you may find it picky when we are asking for specific examples, howevee this is the reason why we require specific examples
  18. There is, however you do need to be aware that it's a deprecated item, that will no longer exist in version 5 See
  19. Generally how most bugs are caused 😄

    Subgroups

Im not following on this one. How does editing a subgroup and removing a permission differ to editing a group and removing a permission? Unmanagable in what way? I honestly think you may well be overthinking what you are trying to achieve on this one
  21. Found with what search criteria please?
  22. Either way, its fixed 😄 lol No, I wouldnt expect you to wait that long, however its more so other people are aware
  23. I have added notes to the effect that there are more areas

    Subgroups

From what you are describing there, thats exactly how secondary groups already work. you would have 3 groups Car owners Chevrolet Owners Ford Owners Member x has Main group: Car owners Secondary group: Chevrolet Owners And in fact its actually more flexible, as member x may then also purchase a ford, and want to have access to those too. So would be Main group: Car owners Secondary group: Chevrolet Owners and Ford Owners Now for the groups themselves when you set up, you set up car owners. Then you create 2 copies of car owners, and then edit their permissions to give access to Chevrolet owners sections and ford owners sections respectively. Reverting would not be needed, as you would just remove the secondary group As for emailing, you can target any group you want, just as you can now.
  25. Could you please clarify, are you referring to the original lightbox issue or to the comparison one?
