New setting to copy topic tags to the article

I can confirm that this works as intended. Thanks again.

I will review ALL opinions regarding the topic and will make a decision, in a near future.

Great news that you will at least consider this.

I will release a new version to fix the tags, which is already done, and will fix the issue when you don't have categories, which makes the form opens on a popup.

Awesome, look forward to the fix.

I won't add 3, 5 or 6 options for you to choose one. If I do, will be one.

As is your right to do so as the developer. That said, in this particular case, it's fairly binary. You can either create a new topic or link an existing one - I can't see any other option that anyone would need\want. Both use cases are valid and as far as enhancements go, this would be one that would please a lot of your customers.

I sense a disturbance in the force with both user base and developer. I really hope you will reconsider.

I don't know what is adding that prefix for you on the sidebar, but it's not my app. AT&P never had that functionality until this last release. Look at your plugins or theme customizations and disable whatever is responsible.

I found the issue, it was the Advanced Feed plug-in that was removing the link.

@NoGi We have the advanced tags & prefix here and both work together.

Thanks. So it marks it sold as it would if you manually did it via advanced tags? I might give this a try.

  5. Does this work with Adv Tags & Prefix? I currently use that to mark items as sold manually but if this does the same thing would be good as a member self serve function. I just don't want to lose my coloured prefix from adv tags.

I have just bought this product and it would now seem based on what I am reading that I am unable to actually award a member of our community an award manually?

All my awards are manual, I don't use automated awards at all.

In addition to this why does it need a description and a reason when creating a new award?

An example from our site, description could be Photo of the Month, reason could be February 2016 comp.

  7. Nice. I have a couple of issues.

With the menu bar, it doesn't seem to truncate with the ...more option, rather it shows everything so the menu wraps and things go out of whack:

    With default IPS theme:

    Issue with Zeron:

    Zeron Menu Error.PNG

The second issue is when the IPS table helper is used, the alternative rows are unreadable as the background is too light (or text is too light):

    Zeron Feedback Colours.PNG

Note: I've used the trader feedback app as an example but this happens with any app that would use the IPS table helper.

ok,  but if someone comments on the article then it doesn't show up in the forum discussion --- thus there then there is a disconnect of the discussion, right?  This is what I'd like to avoid.

A good point, I guess I've never had this issue so don't know. What happens if you lock the article so you can't actually comment in the article hence forcing the comment to be posted in the topic thread?

But what happens to your original discussion that may have started before you promoted the Topic Post to Article?

I use articles for static content that is useful as reference. The discussion continues in original topic and those posts show as comments in the article anyway.
