Not too sure if i understand it but would it let me to set rules like.. if member is in group "ELITE" it would let the member change user title.. no?

I have bought this. Question: I use mandrill already, i installed this app. Are there anything else to do? Do I need to setup mandrill bouncing or what? Mandrill has bouncing settings.
