ACP -> Members -> Moderators -> edit the moderator or group -> find this app tab and enable.

Hi All,
Just to confirm that is was my fault.
I've completed the Marketplace setup process and told the system that his Member Map application is Community Map. After a ticket with IPS support all works fine.
Thanks to @Stuart Silvesterfor his help, and also to all that help me.

Yes, sorry you're right, this is related to "Member Location" plugin. I'm trying to use it and sync between your plugin.
I'll try to have help from "Member Location" plugin. Thanks for your help.
