I opened a ticket.
For my system, it was the previous installation and wrong permissions on the folder that was causing the issue. I deleted the old folder, reinstalled and the problem is fixed.

It seems to be something related to the marketplace itself as it installs just fine when uploading.
I have no access to know what problem is. Do as it says: submit a ticket to IPS. 👍

I think so, under installed applications it shows version Featured Content 4.1.15.
Ok, I see there is version 4.1.18 and it looks like that fixed it. Thanks
