Nothing in email logs, we have fixed some chmod issues a few days ago.

No errors comes up in MySQL section in ACP

All plugins and Applications removed when tested.

But… still a distaster on our high traffic forum. We need someone urgently to do a checkup and fix this for us. 

Our tech guy are not used to invision software, unfortunately.

Anyone has time for a paid freelance job for us?

Can Invision support help us?

Where do I change those notification settings?  And what settings do you recommend?

When we post new topics the post is written to the database right away but the redirection has delays.

When we edit or hide topics or posts it can take 30 seconds up to 2-3 minutes. Or reloading the page in another browser tab helps sometimes. 
 

Server specs: 16 VCPU, 32 GB RAM, 𝗔𝗣𝗔𝗖𝗛𝗘 2 latest version

DB server: 8 VCPU, 32 GB RAM, 

We are using latest forum software version.

Just did some quick tests and it looks like there is a 1MB / 1024KB limit currently on uploads. Where do I up that limit?

Members on my newly installed forum can't upload pics or attachments. Admins can upload. Please advise.

After moving from test staging to production site we need to fix the path to fontawesome.

Not many followers.

The topics are created right away on database but the page doesnt redirect and sometimes goes 504.

I'm setting up a new forum and have speed issues. Latest self hosted version.

When posting a new topic, it can take more than a minute before it posts.

When posting a reply to a existing topic it's super fast.

What could be the issue?

When unpacking the latest package, i can't find any file called conf_global.dist php in the zip file.

So i'm unable to proceed with my self hosted install. Attached is screenshot of the package.

Please advise.

We are using this feature, but ot enough. I need a full ban feature, like facebook.

My forum need a 'block' feature. It works well on Facebook, someone stalks me, they are blocked - never to be seen again.

Call it a Ban feature. Possible?

I have the same problem, many members are not getting all notifications, but they get some of them.

Has this to do with the system doesn't create notifications if the user is online or active in the thread in question?

Yes. Problem is that IndexNow got lots (thousands) of new topic notifications, and they were not happy 😛

I'm not complaining at all, this is great software. I've been around since Ikonboard...
