i see myself twice in the who is online list at the bottom of the board, what could be the cause?

that is some task, still not working with htaccess, will keep trying

i'm on apache

do i have to remove all files from the old location except htaccess file?

the old board is on a subdomain, the new board is on a main domain

i can't get this to work, all sorts of htaccess to point to the new board create a error 500

how should i create the htaccess file for this type or url's:

https://forum.old-community-url.com/*
https://new-community-url.com/ic-merge-X/*

In the lines is also the url of the board, how to hide that

recently i had some troubles with the board not responding with the error EX0.

googled and found to look into the systemlogs... well i did look into them but what am i supposed to see there beside a massive amount of lines? is there anything that shows to search in which direction when something happens?

Thanks for helping me here, what should be great is to see in the logs which extension causes a problem, did i had the option to see that?

If people want to register in my board they get an error message which can be seen in the systemlogs

Why is support changed in this way?

Should i ask for technical support in the board now while the prices were rising this year?

I do have a technical problem and it would be expected to get this fixed not using the board but directly from the ips admins

If i want to use blocks on the right side beside the forums how can i configure blocks that they appear on more pages then only the page i am configuring the blocks. If that can't be it will be a huge task to put the blocks configuration on every subpage of the board.

Is it possible to set blocks to appear on more than one page in one time?

I have a forum for sale/wanted in a larger forum, it is not useful if the topic starter who offers something for sale or is looking for something cannot change the status of the topic he started.
If something is sold, the topic starter should be able to close the topic and change the status only for a specific forum.
How do I do that?

Hi @Marc Stridgen i managed to fix this by googling around, the fix was rather easy, rename the current table to core_achievements_log_milestones_1 and the install went on without a glitch.

IPS fixed it, don't know how; i upgraded using the upload new version option.

Hi @Nathan Explosion it shows marketplace but it didn't come from MP so it needs to be switched back to custom.

Imho there are more users who have problems with this, how do i switch an application back to custom? Using the client area for such a small problem is it needed? maybe a little manual somewhere so i can do it myself..

Manual upload and install shows 'you already have installed etc error' without MP you had the option to upload a new version?

I can't just update the app from the backend, the marketplace thing prohibits the upgrade.

I bought this long before that marketplace was there and now i can't update 🤬

Say the extension which was disabled during upgrade > upgrade is done and i try if the extension still works.

If i switch it on and the site gets into hard error (unreachable also backend) how can i disable that extension from database or in file settings?

We do not automatically disable customizations normally during upgrades (i.e. they won't be disabled during point releases in 4.5).

Assume that i have upgraded and i enable an extension that isn't compatible and the back and frontends are down (php error etc) how can i disable that extension in a file or database to have the board running again?

Hello, the subject is my question, does the upgradescript turn all extensions off during upgrade or do i have to do that manually before upgrading starts?

And, if this goes automatically does the upgrader switch them all on at the end or do i have to check each extension if it works OK within the upgraded board ( i hope it works like this)?
