Again: it grabs thumbnails from any service. Happens that sometimes one or another service may be offline or have any other problem that hasn’t absolutely nothing to do with the application itself, but still, people blame it. So replying to your question, no. Don’t buy it. I won’t guarantee to you that RIGHT NOW (or 6 hours from now) all the services are/will be running fine. Don’t get me wrong. I just can’t lie to your to earn a few bucks.

Up to you. I can’t guarantee a 3rd-party service will always work, can I? Problema usually happens on free services. There are some paid. Pay one and you may have a better service.

No, this uses Commerce and Commerce will require an account during checkout. The button doesn’t even appear to guests.

Which URL? Let me test it. Miniature.io accepts https; you can try facebook.com, for example. It’s the same from several posts in this topic:what happens after the form submission is not up to the app anymore; it’s handled by the API/image provider. It can be anything, really! A problem in the url and the API rejected, a server issue, etc. And your own image says it all: it works if it isn’t working, you would have NO screenshot and you got the first one. All I can tell is you: - switch image provider - upload a screenshot

Yes, it wasn't checking the setting. I just tested and it works fine. It doesn't appear in the button, as explained in the description but it appears in the popup:

I can confirm the hook working even with the app setting disabled, that is fixed, but I got no error when I change the author. Tested on my dev board (4.3.5), author is changed, no error logged. Tested on my online board (4.3.4), no error logged: Let me know if I did something different than your post. If I did, please, be clear and straight.

This was fixed in last december (version 1.0.1) unless something has changed in latest IPS4 versions. I’ll take a look.

So to summarize, happens when you edit topic first post? Latest version added this feature but it worked fine; the authors are changed. I’ll sed if I can reproduce and if there’s something in my logs.

No, all apps uses the notifications in the GENERAL area; weird is this other app has own notification for new content.
