Accidently deleted a forum, can I recover it

Hi,

Whilst trying to add a note to a forum, I've accidentally deleted it! Is it possible to recover it, as its a historical record with over 20 years of entries.

I have searched this forum, and the last time someone did the same you referred it to a ticket.

The best way to go about this is to restore your latest backup made before the forum deletion. But that would mean that you will loose all the content acquired from the time of the backup until now.

Restoring a deleted forum, you will need the database backup, but it's going to be a tedious and difficult task imo.

That would be the only way if you have deleted the whole forum. If thats what you need to do, please create a ticket and we can advise on your options

Hi Marc,

Any idea when the backup restore will take place please ? and do I need to do anything from our end.

I don't have the option to create a ticket in the Support section of our ACP.
