I Think I broke my website...

So I was fidding around and trying to change up a theme for a different one and I think i might of deleted all of the themes...and now i get this message? H ere is the site link:

Just curious, How would I allow members to utilize signatures. 

I was told its a permission under Groups > Chosen Group > Content > Can Use Own Signature

But I havent found such

It's not under the Content tab, it's under the Group Settings tab once you have selected the group you want to give permission to.
