Posted June 9, 20241 yr I've rebranded my website to a different URL. When I go to change my license it says the install is still on my old website. Any thoughts how to fix?
June 9, 20241 yr Hi @mwcboard, You will have to follow the guide below in order to change URLs on your licence. Don't forget to update the URL in your conf_global.php file too. This is a step that is very often missed.
June 10, 20241 yr Community Expert Solution You would need to remove any redirects temporarily for the system to see the change and ensure the software isn't at the current URL.
