conversion from SPF, DKIM & DMARC

We talked already to them and they told me, that they can't change that for us. 

I have looked in den AdminCP but didn't find anything helpful. 

@Jim M so you are sure, that our Host have to change in this case?

You need to access the DNS settings for the domain that handles email delivery. 

Is the domain registered with the host or somewhere else? If they say, they can’t do it, maybe they just meant that it’s not part of their service and you need to do it yourself.

That is a valid point. I didn't have thought of that, tanks. 

Maybe that is what they mean. I will inform here.
