Looking forward to new improvements. (The short link API doesn't work, this is a known issue that has been fed back months ago)  Â

Jim M Posted December 20, 2023 Posted December 20, 2023 Unfortunately, I seem to be having an issue with your Access Token but not one I have generated for myself. I would ensure that your account is verified and in good standing. You will then likely want to regenerate your access token. PayMap 1

I'm not sure what you mean. If you mean that the system works as intended with my Access Token, yes, it does.

Jim M Posted December 20, 2023 Posted December 20, 2023 Looking at your community, it is running through CloudFlare's nameservers but you are on our Cloud. This may cause unintended issues through communication channels which we can't review. I would set your nameservers to our own for any troubleshooting so that we can rule out any interruptions reporting back from bit.ly.

I tried to register an account again, and it was successfully saved just now. However, when I refreshed and confirmed, it still couldn't be used normally. Still asking for your help. Thanks!

What are you performing? With bit.ly on my end, when I click the Promote button, the link is shortened and the URL provided is working without issue.
