Amy Srch Posted October 2, 2023 Posted October 2, 2023 Our admin CP has had the following error message for over a week (dated 9/11, it seems). The Run Now button fails because the task is in progress, and there is nothing in the log. Wondering how to fix this?

Randy Calvert Posted October 2, 2023 Posted October 2, 2023 After applying the patch, go to the tasks section and unlock it. After it’s unlocked you should be able to run it.
