Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

I fixed the error, or the error fixed itself. I ran the task manually, and it completed successfully. I think if you wait a little while, you can run the task without encountering the error. Strange bug.

If the queue hadn't ran since the update, that may have been the issue and now that it ran again with the updated code, all is well.

No, I updated weeks ago, the bug is still present I think.

The patch was not available weeks ago 😉 . The patch just came out last week.

I applied the patch last week, but the bug is still occurring.

Without seeing the issue in action, there isnt really any way we can advise on this occasion. I would advise the next time you see this, please dont fix and let us take a look
