yacenty Posted March 21, 2023 Posted March 21, 2023 Hello, I'm trying to connect my already functioning ipb site which is located under: forum-rolnicze.domain with new WordPress site located on forum-rolnicze.domain/wp. I do everything accroding to the tutorial: Unfortunately I can not connect both sites. I get such an error. Error code: 2S361/2 How can I fix it? What did I wrong? Or maybe the tutorial is not up to date with newest IPB (4.7.8) and WP (6.1.1) Any ideas?
yacenty Posted March 21, 2023 Author Posted March 21, 2023 From polish to english, it means Bad redirect URL. Error code: 2S361/2
Marc Posted March 21, 2023 Posted March 21, 2023 You need to check the redirect URL you are using in that case. What is the URL you have entered currently?
Jim M Posted March 21, 2023 Posted March 21, 2023 The redirect URL there is using your WordPress URL. Could you please clarify, are you using WordPress as the server or Invision Community as the server?
yacenty Posted March 21, 2023 Author Posted March 21, 2023 Invision as server, but this filed is fullfiled auotmaticalyy. When I want to change it - I need to pay 😞 can not edit this field, on first step of integration do I have correct plugin installed?
Jim M Posted March 21, 2023 Posted March 21, 2023 This would be the OAuth Client which you want to utilize: https://wordpress.org/plugins/miniorange-login-with-eve-online-google-facebook/ The Redirect URL would then be your WordPress URL. Did you correctly setup the OAuth Client in Invision Community?
yacenty Posted March 21, 2023 Author Posted March 21, 2023 this is crazy for me. I had set up IPB as server. setting are 3 posts up, then I use oauth client, so why should I set up IPB as clicent?

Believe there is some confusion, what I am asking is if you setup the OAuth Client in Invision Community per step 1 of our guide on using Invision Community as the Server: https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/members-and-groups/social-sign-in/wordpress-r304/#optionb
Jim M Posted March 21, 2023 Posted March 21, 2023 We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.

Marc Posted March 23, 2023 Posted March 23, 2023 Sorry, it seems something was missed there. Please could I confirm you are now using the correct OAUth item on wordpress and have entered the correct URLs?
yacenty Posted March 23, 2023 Author Posted March 23, 2023 In my opinion I use correct one. On wordpress site I have And I have set it up in that way And IPB as an server for oAuth Is it ok? In my opinion it's done directly to the tutorial.
Marc Posted March 23, 2023 Posted March 23, 2023 Sorry, there is some real confusion here, as you appear to have done both server and client on the invision side. Please could you describe exactly what it is you are trying to achieve? Are you trying to log into the invision software with your wordpress details, or trying to log into wordpress with your invision details?
yacenty Posted March 23, 2023 Author Posted March 23, 2023 I'd like to have IPB as server, so I'd like to login into wordpress with IPB credentials
Marc Posted March 23, 2023 Posted March 23, 2023 OK, so the last screenshot there you dont need. The issue there is unfortunately the OAuth client on wordpress is not set up with the correct details. While I can take a look at the guide, it will not work as you dont actually have the attribute mapping set up as shown on the guide. I understand this is because you cant see it there on the page, but without this, it will indeed break
Marc Posted March 27, 2023 Posted March 27, 2023 As mentioned, I can take a look at the guide, and have that on my list here. Until I have, there is no further update I can give you other than to say at present you are missing some of the elements in our guide
