Yeah, 611 is indeed a lot. You'll have a hard time manually creating the clubs and re-adding all members. It's not impossible, but it will be very time-consuming.

 

The custom modification could work like this:

1. Select a group.
2. Enter a Club name.
3. Specify a forum (?) or some other content that should be included in the club.
4. Once you click to proceed, the tool will:
   • Create a club with the specified name (#2).
   • Move the unique info to the newly-created club (#3).
   • Add to the club the members who have the chosen group (#1).
   • Eventually, delete the group automatically (it would be annoying having to delete 600+ groups).

 

This is just a rough idea of how it could work. It can obviously be adapted to what you need.
